酒店位置很好，距离武陵源景区非常近，酒店内外部环境很好，但早餐质量太不好（品种较少且像豆浆和咖啡像水一样，太稀啦）；同时应该加强前台工作人员业务培训（刷卡入住时发现pos机有问题，及时提醒前台工作人员，工作人员认为没有问题，导致三次刷卡后银行卡锁死，而且当天是周日，恰逢银行休息，无奈只有周一九点后到银行银行卡解锁，既影响游玩心情，也严重影响游玩行程安排），请酒店能引起足够重视，避免类似问题再度出现。

双床房要好于大床房。由于我们定的是大床房，开始给了双床房，换成大床房后发现窗户很小，房间布局也不是很合理。旅店位置很好，就在武陵源景区门口。酒店院子很大，停车很方便。早餐较为简单，吃饱而已。

酒店各方面都感到差。从进酒店接触前台人员一副爱理不理的态度开始就感到没象评论中那么好，洁果其它方面更不如意。
