酒店前台服务非常贴心，大堂田经理热情周到，办理入住迅速，解决问题及时。满足客人需求，让人感到温馨舒适，安排的房间空间大环境很好，采光好！配有桌子和小沙发，很安静，卫生间也超级大很方便。

Stylish and cozy room, very service minded and friendly staff. Common areas and restaurant felt a bit empty. Rich breakfast buffet. We give best recommendation for the tourist manager Li Dan. She organised the best 3 day program we could have wished. She understood our needs, gave very professionell honest recommendations and booked guide and chauffeur that met our specific expectations. Top performance for a decent price.

和同事来出差，张家界的朋友推荐的酒店，一走进大堂就被吸引了！后来询问前台服务员才知道是市区唯一的挂牌五星酒店，怪不得咯，服务人员都很热情且很有礼貌，超出预期了。房间也是超大，很干净，还有恒温游泳池，提醒喜欢游泳的朋友们，一定要带好装备。下次来张家界，还住阳光酒店，太赞了！

张家界风景绝美，这已经是第三次过来旅游了，前两次与天门山失之交臂，这次特意选择入住在离天门山景区较近的阳光酒店，酒店不错，环境、服务、设施各方面都很好，员工也很热情，特别要给前厅经理袁琼点个赞，给我们在行程安排上提供了很多帮助，很满意的一次入住体验。

出差张家界，在网上反复对比，最终选择入住阳光酒店，果然没让我失望，酒店配备齐全，房间舒适敞亮，干净整洁，来时忘了带充电器，打电话后第一时间送达，服务员特别热情！晚上去游泳馆游了一下泳，毕竟是初夏，刚开始还担心会冷，没想到水温合适！还有早餐也很棒！感觉超值了，一次特别舒适的入住体验！

酒店离高速出口近，场地大，停车位也很多，自驾车停放十分方便。前台服务好，客房给做了免费升级，房间内卫生很干净，早餐品种丰富，服务员也很热情，超喜欢酒店的大花园，是其他酒店少有的，晚上和家人一起在花园散步，初夏的晚上凉风习习，感觉很舒服，退房时前台还赠送了小礼品，真是一次愉快的出行。很满意！为酒店点赞！
