服务态度特别棒，每天都有雪梨水和水果送，虽然早餐略显单薄但是米粉和红糖糕很好吃，由于航班改签原本预定的接机服务不能用临时打电话给酒店解决了这个问题真的非常感谢酒店的工作人员！

很棒的选择，湘妹子很甜美，酒店工作人员都笑容满面。店家的大金毛和小金毛超级可爱。br湘西特色的房间，不豪华但是很舒适。br洗浴用品稍微弱一些，但相比妹子甜美热情的服务就算不上什么了。br本来一晚的计划，追加了一晚。满意，好评～

服务很好，很热情，有管家式的，帮你规划如何游玩武陵源等等吧！酒店是客栈式的，门面不大，不留神就过了，在汽车站边上，感觉不大好，车位少且不规范，早餐味道不错就是品种少，晚餐是私房菜性质要提前预约的～～总之还是很值得推荐的。
