This is a beautiful resort located in the mountains. My corner room had King Bed and balcony overlooking the Zhangjiajie Mountains and pool (too cold to use). The room was very warm and had plenty of amenities. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. Kevin is the heart and soul of the place. As a single woman travelling alone, he always made sure I was on my way back before dark. He also helped me everyday with tickets and maps. I always felt that if I was lost, he was just a WeChat away. HIs guidance on the best routes to take were great advice. Purespace in only a 10 minute walk from the Middle Gate and very convenient, with a few restaurants and Snack shop nearby. It was really nice to come back to the tranquility and quiet after a day of crowds and tour operators in the Park. Highly recommend it if you like luxury and peacefulness.

The pictures do not match reality! And not the best place to stay in start april because everything seemed humid - the breakfast area was cold and if the (noisy) heater was not turned on the sheets and room was also kind of humid. note that the pool is only warm during summertime.
Well it all seemed a little too bad maintained considered the price.
Well situated to the South Gate of the national park and one if the host actually spoke ok English and was very helpful!

This is THE place to stay! Look no further! It's beautiful, peaceful, friendly, and super convenient (10-minute walk) from the Middle Gate (Zimugang) of the park, which is MUCH less crowded than the East Gate. We had a luxury corner room with a terrace and a spectacular view, and a 2-person sunken jacuzzi tub (with jets!) which was heavenly after hiking all day. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful, and dinner was equally tasty. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the infinity pool with a view, but it looks gorgeous. A big shout-out to KEVIN, the receptionist/concierge who speaks excellent English. He helped up in every conceivable way - from ordering multi-day tickets with unlimited rides, to giving us drop-offs and pick-ups to and from the park entrance, to planning three perfect Zhangjiajie Scenic Area days! A thousand thanks, Kevin!

Kevin was great made us feel right at home and very safe helped us by going above and beyond the view is stunning and the pool just adds to it can’t wait to be back.
they came daily to clean the room which was great as in some places they don’t, and you could book activities directly through them which made the process 100% easier and smooth

民宿周边环境挺好，离得中门也近，很清净。老板也很热情，但是空调太差劲了，超级冷，开了一晚上空调房间也就13度，自驾一路湖北，湖南，贵阳，云南等十几天，住的最冷的一天，早上吃早餐其他客人也是这样説，能接受冷的可以来，除了冷没有其他毛病

民宿位置绝了！坐落在半山，出门就是国家森林公园中门，逛景区超方便。入住的时候遇到了雪景，雪景特别漂亮，推门就是，山林间白茫茫一片，静谧又治癒。房间乾净舒适，住着特别舒心，老板服务很好，热情周到，强烈推荐！

衞生真的很差，当天到酒店到的比较晚，十二点多了，结果进房间就看到床边的凳子上全是污渍，洗手枱也很多陈年污垢，当下很累了，就想着算了，结果准备睡觉的时候发现床单上有类似血渍的污渍，还有泛黄的污渍，立马就联系管家解决，结果管家説客房阿姨已经下班了，换不了床单了，但是我们同等价位的房间也都满了，我问他那怎么处理，结果他让我先稍等，过了十几分钟打电话给他，他又説稍等，等了半个多小时后他才给我们换房间，换的房间又有一边窗帘是坏的，必须自己手动关。第二天的早餐更是极其简陋，没有一点食慾，不好吃！感觉根本不值这个价，避雷！避雷！
