This place is so well put together ?? the hospitality is very humbling. It is in the perfect location off the beatin path. Nestled up in the mountains to unwind from the day to day challenges. I want to give a shout out to all the services provided. A special shout out to Frankie for his welcoming services and to a remarkable woman Miss Ma for her special blends of tea, activities and for her wonderful conversations. In the most sincere way. Thank you ?? I will never forget this experience.

We‘ve been staying in No. 5 Valley for visiting the Zhangjiajie National Park. We had a pleasant stay, beautiful room with a fantastic view, amazing local food. The accommodation offers great Service especially because they speak good English. Our highlights were the exchange and learning about tea culture, swimming in the infinity pool and having someone taking care of organizational stuff (e.g. booking transfer,…)
We absolutely recommend the No.5 Valley and will definitely come back when visiting China!
PS: They also offer to book tickets for the Nationalpark for you!

Если вам нужен отель возле парка, то только этот! Месторасположение и виды потрясающие! Он находится немного в удалении от западных ворот, но это и есть его главный плюс. Вокруг нет никого и ничего! Полнейшее единение с природой. До парка и обратно вас отвезут сотрудники отеля. Дело 5 минут. В этом отеле работают прекрасные люди, Фрэнки - управляющий, всё покажет, расскажет, если надо отвезет сам в парк, объяснит какие маршруты вам нужны. Просто добревший человек. Так же там работает прекрасная женщина, которая ведет чайную церемонию конкретно для вас и столько раз, сколько вы захотите. С ней очень интересно общаться. Она же может организовать каждый вечер караоке, она же имеет красивый голос, она же споёт вам песню, она же напишет пожелание на китайском на длинном пергаменте. Ощущение от этого отеля, что ты приехал в гости к родным. А ещё кстати нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера! Спасибо, Фрэнки!

We had an incredible stay, it was our first time in China, and we were so lucky to find this place.
Frankie went above and beyond for us. He arranged our park tickets, scheduled transportation, helped with on-site laundry, and even gave us a map showing the most efficient way to explore both the Zhangjiajie National Park and the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend westgate so you are not going the same direction and most tourists.
We only wish we could have stayed longer. The food was outstanding, and the views were just as unforgettable.
A big thank you to the entire staff, and a very special thank you to Frankie for making our trip so seamless and memorable!

This is a great hotel/resort. We were welcomed by Rain, who spoke English, and showed us our very big room/apartment. The Inn is located in the middle of nature so of course there were some insects, but a surprisingly small amount inside the room. They provided a insect mosquito net upon request. Most of all, the location provided great views and a stunning sunset.
All staff is very kind and caring. Especially Rain, who catered to our every need and drove us to the National Forest Park every day. And special thumbs up to the restaurant staff who made fresh food for breakfast and diner! ????
It was rainy weather during our stay so one morning we joined the activity hosted at the reception. We handmade a cute souvenir and said hi to the lovely furry friends.
TLDR: we had a great stay and would definitely recommend No. 5 Vally Inn!

We had an incredible experience at No. 5 Valley Inn. Frankie went above and beyond to ensure that was had a great trip. He was extremely responsive to messages before and during our trip, and helped us plan out our route in the park as well as providing free shuttles to and from the West Gate at any time.
The dinner and breakfast were great, and the view from the infinity pool was stunning. One of the highlights of our stay was having tea with the teamaster and chatting, and she even wrote calligraphy for each of us to take home.

Our stay was a very pleasant experience! The service is the best we’ve got in the past 2 weeks travelling China. Frankie and his team make sure your needs are met and respond timely to all your requests (even when you get stuck in the park after dark…). The room was luxurious and spacious, but keep in mind that you are living on the country side and the occasional bug or big spider may enter your room. We loved the setting and the aesthetic of the different lodges, although small repairs/renovations are due to some of the parts of the Inn. The free tea session and workshops with the local tea expert Ya Ma are a must try as well.

Очень уютное место с домашней атмосферой. Здесь про спокойствие и тишину. Если хочется такого отдыха, то вам тут понравится. Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера, в котором нас ждали приветственные фрукты, печенье и чай. Интерьер отеля подкупает своей уникальной аутентичностью, но в номерах немного присутствует запах сырости (видимо, из за повышенной влажности в горах). И, не забывайте закрывать окна на ночь) иначе налетает много разной живности)
Завтраки скромные, но все свежее и вкусное. Вид на долину из ресторана-умопомрачительный… невозможно оторвать взгляд.
Парк посещали из другого отеля, поэтому про удобство расположения мне трудно сказать… Пару раз ужинали в отеле-все вкусно ????
В отеле есть караоке и чайная комната.

I really enjoyed my stay at No. 5 Valley Inn. I had a few days to spend by myself in Zhangjiajie area and I'm really glad that I chose this location. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, including helping me to chase and track down my Didi driver and recover the phone I left in the driver's car! The Inn is really close to the West gate entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park and Frankie was especially helpful guiding me through the national park layout and helping me to make a navigation plan. They even made themselves available to drop me off and pick me up from the park once I was ready. The location is so relaxing and offered up some of the best sunset views I've seen in China so far. And last but not least the rooms are very spacious and clean. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend this place!
