房间很乾净，就是隔音效果不是太好，但是服务态度很好，还帮忙免费送了姨妈巾，很贴心，离开购物点也很近，早上走几分钟就可以点KFC，很方便。

酒店工作人员服务特别好，办理入住送了矿泉水，工作人员很细心，有人指引电梯，还有人帮忙拿行李，工作人员介绍了苏州当地的旅游景点，还有餐厅，大厅的香氛很好闻。机器人服务很好，送物很准时。房间很乾净，明亮。对面就是观前街，出行很方便。阿姨还给我准备了红糖姜茶。太暖心了，服务超级好。早餐很好吃，白粥好喝，豆浆也好喝。还有苏州特色的赤豆元宵。我特别喜欢吃。这是一次很满意的旅程，以后有机会要一直来！棒棒棒！

最近新开的酒店，房间温馨设备齐全也比较整洁，浴室水温稳定出水量也挺大，应该是大新镇上顶尖的酒店了。不过酒店好像对钟点房客户不太友好还是怎么的，下午6点开的房，订单明码标价入住4小时，才8点多就打电话催退房，迷之操作？？
