无语，马桶刚消毒好，桌子消毒好，洗澡洗好，准备躺在床上了，发现床单下面有三根毛，两根长的头发，一根卷毛………脏的要死，打电话问前台，前台又帮我换房间，我又得重新消毒。我真服了，这么大的酒店衞生搞得那么差。真是无语了，打电话问携程怎么处理，酒店不肯有任何赔付，説是已经换过房间了，处理过了。反而携程很负责，一直跟踪这件事，安慰我。酒店非常差，不值得入住。

现在雷迪森管理这么差了吗！入住时前台不告知早餐用餐点和时间段，进了房间地面和茶桌上全是毛发，被单有明显污渍，不知道是怎么打扫的！
沟通后换了房间，明显比原来房间小，与前台通话，也未到现场确认就回复不可能，我建议让负责人来一下，告知当天没有负责人，需第二天早上9点上班后到，让我等待！用积分换了房间欢迎一直未主动提起，还是打电话才送来的水果，送来的却是一个苹果和梨，房间也没有刀具，你让我怎么吃，无语。
第二天到了十点退房，一直没有等到酒店对于昨晚发生事情的任何解释，感觉就是你爱住不住。奉劝大家，对于服务和衞生有要求的住客不要选择去这家雷迪森了，不是你们印象中该有的！

去余姚祭祖扫墓，住在余姚雷廸森酒店，感受超预期，酒店乾净整洁舒适，房间很大，床品舒适度很高，酒店无论是门衞、前台，还是清洁衞生和餐饮服务态度非常好，离万达广场很近，是一个性价比超高的酒店，下次还会去住。

Awesome. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Front Desk staff was very friendly and kindly upgrade our room. The breakfast was good. I will definitely book this hotel again if I'm coming to Yu Yao.
