酒店房间宽敞明亮，落地窗对着体育场，设施齐全，喜欢衞生间和淋浴间的玻璃门的设计，很合理。衞生不错。早餐是亮点，品种繁多，尤其鳝鱼米线，味道很赞。前台服务算不上热情，中规中矩吧，不如芒市的酒店前台。

点评细点吧，新开的酒店。
服务：五星。设施：五星。卫生：五星（特别说下这个卫生是真干净，浴盆是白的闪光）。会议酒店 人很多，从大厅到前台，再到服务都不错。
床和枕头舒适五星。
唯一不足：
1、我住的套房，主要是公司出差到地方方便会客，比较意外现在的高档酒店每天限量四瓶水，多出要收费。对比像昆明索菲特，温德姆，洲际，这个是无限免费供应的。
2、酒吧柜…有点掉价，抽屉全是空的，冰箱也是空的…套房杯子就两个，配了两红酒杯。这满足商务房配置确实也是忽悠的明显了些
玉溪红塔在装修，希望再接再厉，后续竞争不小，做好当下服务和细节才是核心竞争力
令补充下，酒店在体育馆，爱运动打球，游泳，跑步的是首选。

硬件品质不错，地理位置也好。卫生间有地暖，感觉比较舒适。早餐品种不多，口味也一般，不是这个价位酒店该有的水平。
