  前台小帅哥接待态度很好，酒店交通便利，周边可以步行去玉溪博物馆、聂耳公园，小庙街（美食），非常方便。

  酒店位置很好，靠近聂耳公园和小庙街。门口有好几家特色火锅店和普洱特色菜餐厅。酒店的早餐也很丰盛。就是房间内香薰味太浓，有鼻炎慎选。

  云南之行的最后一站，虽然城市景点非常普通，但酒店真的太舒服了。位置佳去哪里都方便，应该是近年才新装修过，各种设施很新。用的是早年流行的欧式风格，但房间大，家俱好，看着一点都不廉价，衞生间浴室也非常宽敞舒适。早饭品种丰富，房间送的小零食让我知道景兰咖啡还有速溶款，我以前都只买黑咖啡。很推荐的一家酒店。图片是衞生间装修细节，我觉得处理的很好。

  酒店坐落在市中心聂耳公园旁边，能感受闹中取静的乐趣，不到五百米就是小庙街，逛夜市、品美食之上佳选择，酒店该有的设施都齐全，也非常乾净。有个很大的停车场，对自驾游来説非常方便，早餐非常丰盛。

  极度差评！严重避雷！平台监管形同虚设！ 本次入住玉溪酒店，地理位置尚可，房间普通、衞生一般，早餐品种极少、味道一般，只能勉强填饱肚子，这些都能忍，但本次入住体验堪称噩梦！ 中午办理入住时，酒店明明有空房，却恶意把噪音最大、紧邻机房设备的516房间安排给我们，全程刻意隐瞒、不做任何提醒！半夜房间里持续传出巨大机器轰鸣声，吵得耳膜发疼，一家三口整宿彻底无法入睡，严重影响休息和身体健康！ 半夜找前台投诉，前台一问三不知，既查不出噪音原因，也无空房可换，完全不解决实际问题，态度敷衍至极！最后只説减免房费，可我本就是积分免费兑换入住，这种毫无诚意的处理方式，就是在糊弄消费者、践踏顾客权益！ 更要强烈质疑携程平台监管严重失职！其他正规酒店都会主动标注无窗、临近电梯等特殊房型，这家酒店却把紧邻机房、整夜噪音扰民的问题房刻意隐瞒不标注，平台审核形同虚设，任由商家用问题房坑害顾客，完全不保障消费者知情权！ 虽然最后在平台投诉后，酒店把我的兑换积分退还，平台也做了象徵性补偿，但一整晚被噪音折磨、全家无法入睡的痛苦经历，对我们身体和精神造成的伤害，根本无法用这点补偿弥补！ 带娃出行遇到这种事，真的太糟心！ 强烈不推荐！大家慎住！慎选！
