非常满意！赞赞赞！
1.硬件很到位！我们是国庆出游，订的该酒店标双房，房间很干净整洁，两床都是1.5米大，很舒服！有张超长书桌，可以放很多行李，还有茶几与沙发，冰箱与洗衣机，一家三口住得很舒服！
2.有免费停车场！我们当时不知道，被车库的保安忽悠，说要收20元停车费，而且要入场就支付。后来办理入住时与前台交流后发现是免费的。前台工作人员很积极主动处理，以很快的时间就退还我们20元停车费。
3.服务很细心周到！到前台办理入住时收获一个当地特色的手工小手袋，上面绣着“张家界”，里面有糖果小吃，很开心！
