这是我住过服务态度最差的一个酒店，前台3女人一个个拉着个脸不知道拽什么？主角光环附体？因为我们有一个人没有带身份证，有驾照争执了几句！前台回了句，我们是直辖市，其他地方可以，我们区不行！长脸了全国人民给你们渡上了佛光，要上天了！不行可以好好说，那里来的优越感？连最基本的服务敬语也没有，一个服务行业能做到你们这种眼睛长头上的态度，做什么前台？当老板去啊！一个板个脸，跟我们住店不给钱一样！你们真的得学学人家客房大姐，微笑有礼！
