两个问题:1、淋浴头太低了，怎么洗啊，如果不打算洗头，很不方便；
2、早餐时候，同事拿着房卡去，人家都没让进，说不含早餐，我专门下去找服务台，前台说有，结果那个负责看餐厅的又说同事口音太重，听不清楚，听不清楚就说不含早餐，这也太不负责了吧，借口这么多。
