Our stay at this hotel in Yuanyang was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had.
We had booked a transfer through the hotel and clearly requested a large car for four suitcases. The driver arrived one hour late, and the car was too small, forcing our elderly mother to travel crammed with a suitcase on her lap. On dangerous mountain roads in rain and fog, the driver talked on the phone the entire time — it was truly unsafe.
When we arrived, both rooms were not ready.
? One room had leaking toilets, a loose bathtub, and no heating or electric blanket. When we mentioned the bathtub wasn’t fixed, the staff simply said: “You can just take a shower.”
? The other room had toilets leaking sewage directly onto the floor — our urine literally ran across the bathroom floor.
The next morning, the bathtub emptied entirely onto the floor, flooding the room and soaking our clothes and suitcases. No manager came to help; the staff were very young and clearly untrained, and they even mocked us on speakerphone when speaking with their manager.
Later, we discovered mold on the walls in the replacement room. The hot water took 10–15 minutes to arrive, and the bathtub had no cold water.
To make things worse, on the second day, three of us (including two elderly people) were locked outside in the rain for 30 minutes, while another person was trapped inside the hotel because the door was locked from the inside.
This hotel is poorly managed, unsanitary, and unsafe. We left one day earlier than planned.
I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this hotel entirely until serious improvements are made in safety, hygiene, and management.

民宿位置极好，就在梯田高处的土坡边上，是观看梯田的绝佳之处。民宿的装饰风格颇具小清新气息，适合摆烂。民宿还有自己的饭店，距离民宿3分钟左右。做的菜肴很精致、很清爽。只是进村之路有些艰难，要走一段狭窄的石坡路。导航可以导到民宿的门口，不过车子只能开到村子的广场，这个广场有三个名称：土司广场、多依树村上寨村广场、多依树村上寨村广场停车场，其实就是同一个地方。导航也可以直接导其中的一个名称。从这个广场到民宿，就要拿着行李走过去了。民宿的小哥也会帮忙的。根据经验，进村之前，最好先和民宿的小哥联系一下，可以了解一下各种情况。

设施齐全高端衞生好，环境优美窗外就是梯田，坐床观景，老板小伙人品极佳耐心周到。

还过得去，在村子里，下车还要在村里走两百米。紧临梯田，风景不错。
但是房间设计不算太好，房间逼仄，放包的地方都没有，洗手间不是独立的，只是在房间拉了帘子，容易串味。本来狭小的房间里还整了个完全不实用的浴缸，不知道一年到头有几个人会在外面民宿窗前泡澡。民宿届的恶俗窗前浴缸风该改改了。
