订了房间之后没有马上入住，办完事过了一段时间才回去休息，后来发现房间里有莫名的臭味，卫生间排气扇也是坏的。就到前台要求换房，前台态度太差了，客房服务员态度也很糟糕，说换房要收取卫生费，一会又说没有空房间了。不得已只能选择退房，缴纳了钟点房费和超时费，一个不是我们的问题最终却由我们自己来买单，给我们家人留下了非常差的印象，再也不会来这里了

这个酒店很不错，各个方面都挺好，尤其是餐饮，在外边吃一顿，在酒店吃一顿，一比才发现酒店的味道和价格都是令我满意的。
