都没有五分的原因是蚊子实在太多了。酒店环境不错。除了晚上有点阴森。服务也不错，水公园很好玩。交通嘛，反正有车的去，没车就别考虑了。

我们是老人孩子全家出行，购的住宿和温泉水公园套票，价格适中，住宿环境依山旁水，整洁优雅舒适，现场比我在手机预订中看到的图片更秀美雅致些，工作人员服务态度好，但感觉服务人员、安保人员少，另餐饮方面若能丰富点，价格适中点会更好！总体老少都玩开心了！

温泉水公园里旋风大喇叭项目工作人员赵应山态度非常恶劣，这个项目要四个人一个皮筏。我们只有2个人，排队30分钟，赵姓工作人员以极恶劣的态度咆哮：你们出去，只有四人才能玩。作为工作人员，你有义务组织客人，而不是不负责任的、偷懒的、让久等的客人离开。酒店环境很赞，主题公园适合带宝宝的家庭，但有赵应山这样态度恶劣的员工，华侨城因你而蒙羞！

相当不错的酒店，设施很新，毛巾很干净。稍微不满意的是订了湖景房，到了安排是山景房，说是没有湖景大床房，既然没有就不应该拿出来预订！
