Stay was comfortable and peaceful. The resort staffs are also helpful and responsive.
No issue with cleanliness overall, although the villa properties are quite old, as they have been around for over 20 years. One plus point is that our villa came with a washing machine.
Only buffet dinner is served during peak season. But at least, the dishes are varied over the 3 days of our stay.
Golfing here is great due to the weather and scenery.
However, food and golfing are not cheap here as there is a great demand from local and overseas golfers during peak season. One can consider coming during low season for a more relaxed pace of golf.

我们住的是四楼，湖景房，打开阳台的窗户就可以湖，景色确实非常漂亮。房间里还有电毛巾架，这个就很贴心了。服务也非常好。暑假因为人较多，吃的都是自助餐，但是感觉也挺好，食材是农场的。对了，还赠送了玫瑰园的票，那里适合喜欢拍照的人去，景色很好。

環境非常好，管理很好。每一员工都用心做他们的責任。早歺，晚歺也好。疫情期间，客户不多，仍有選擇和保持新鮮質量，很不錯。

雅致房设置有点老，大部分房间前方被树木挡住视线，看不见湖；雅致豪华是新装修的，设施比较好，阳台可以直视湖面，建议让前台给楼层高视野好的房间。酒店活动还不错，可惜下雨没有参加成徒步和高尔夫，选择了室内的烘焙，每间房有一个披萨+一份曲奇，做好现烤现吃或者带走，味道不错。建议酒店再增加些免费的活动项目，5选2有点少，抛开亲子项目，成人能选的就两个，遇到天气不好还没发参加。酒店人少环境清静，适合周末休闲度假，餐饮价格略贵，离汤池镇开车10多分钟。如果能和柏联合作搞搞套餐更好。
