设施一般，马桶还是老式手动的，门吸坏的，吸不住门，浴缸的冷水开关坏的，卫生还是很好的。

交通方便，吃饭也很方便。酒店旁边在建楼，8点多就感觉到吵了。还有就是服务员不太热情，拿到房卡打不开门，找服务员帮开门，尽然不管，让我自己去前台换卡，至少让我把行李放下吧。硬件确实不错，就是服务希望可以做的更好。

今天宜昌这家酒店🏨富力酒店确实非常不错👍，出门经常住五星酒店，这家店不比希尔顿，雷迪森差，前台的服务非常好，很贴心，给个赞，问了下名字，叫龚宣铭，嘉许一下

服务太差，酒店设施陈旧，房门的门吸都是坏的，我定了两间房因为不能开窗，想打开房门透气还必须用我的行李箱抵着，两间房门吸都坏了，最可气的是五星级酒店竟然没有停车位，地下室的停车位酒店都不能用，完全对不住宜昌最贵的价格！
