整体不错，第一天晚上在中餐厅吃的，服务很热情，第二天早晨自助餐，品种也比较丰富。本来打算去看看烟台山，结果早晨大雾，在三十多层的房间看平流雾，也是个新体验。

酒店服务不错，酒廊视野很好，Feily询问了入住体验，建议是泳池开放时间需要加长，白天出去玩，晚上泳池基本用不了

早上到的比较早，前台小姐姐和值班经理Feily帮我们催促打扫，还帮我们升级了行政层，赠送了早餐，9点就入住了，服务非常贴心，房间的景色也特别棒

酒店硬件都不错，在烟台算是比较好的酒店了。服务稍微跟不上，早餐区域在一楼，冬天冷而且菜品凉的快。房间比较大，热水供应不错，高楼层视野好可以看到海边。商务出差家庭旅行都是不错的选择！

游完养马岛后，沿滨海大道，一路美景，不到20公里20几分钟的车程， 到达烟台南山皇冠假日酒店；酒店虽然有一定的年份，但设施维护得挺好，无论是房间内还是公共场所都是乾净整洁；酒店座落在海滨靠近烟台大学，北向房间窗外是无敌海景和大片的树林，往西北离渔人码头、滨海广场和炮台山也不算远，往南走一公里多就是莱山区的热闹地儿，我们选择在荣祥海鲜吃的晚饭，超级好吃还不贵，烟台的海鲜果然名不虚传；南山皇冠假日酒店的早餐也值得称道，品种多，品质好，竟然还有现包现煮的鮁鱼饺子，虽然不像荣祥的鮁鱼饺子那么大个，但一样的美味；五星级酒店，四星的房价，再来烟台莱山，南山皇冠假日酒店将是不二选择！

出差原因短暂入住，有健身房，24小时可以使用。就是10点后需要找人开门，酒店楼层高，但有8部电梯，早饭品类也齐全，就是房间装修太老了。

预订后马上就有酒店员工打电话询问到店时间和喜好，陈慧娟还加了微信在住期间一直跟进。到店后发现客房服务员温馨的留言，很是感动。酒店是有些年头但是衞生打扫还是挺乾净的
