设施比较旧了，服务还不错。特地订了海景房，可惜天气不好，真是海天一色，啥也没看到。莱山可选的酒店不多，南山皇冠假日优势是里烟大海水浴场很近

前台说话比较冷漠生硬，所有的服务人员见到客人都不会主动问候，早餐很差很差，五星级酒店不应该是这样的，不会再去住了
