宾馆的整体条件在青海西宁全是一般以上吧，前身属于青海党校招待所，淡季价格很优惠，旺季则是一月比一月高。

交通嘛附近有公交车站，还可以，西宁不大，离市中心2-3站公交车站这样。酒店附近三百米内没啥好吃的，要七百米这样有吃的。房间嘛中规中矩的，就是提供卫生纸不好，应该说很差。洗发水沐浴露是过期货，要改进。早餐时间七点到九点，七点去还可以，八点20去就没啥好吃啦，也冷了。总体来说的话340偏贵了。
