服务很好、卫生很好、早餐很好，房间宽敞，装修和家具很一般。二楼家庭房窗户望出去是个彩钢房顶和停车场、不舒服。性价比不高。 我本来定豪华标准房（返红包后475元），因为艺龙网失误房间没有了、客服说她们负责免费给我升级家庭房，让我先付598元，后返差价给我，入住后打客服电话要求返现、竟然说返88元给我，凭什么应该有的红包返现取消？20日到22日打了二次投诉电话、都说让我等回复，到现在一分钱都没返回、也没人回复，第一次用艺龙、真是无赖。
