  房间一切都不错，就是新装修，味道太大，根本散不了，房间味道太刺激，面部过敏了

  房间味道很大，入住两天都很难受。其他问题都可以不説了，从办理入住就不满意，明明是给我的房间和我预订的房型不符，在我提出换到我定的房型後，在我拿出携程上的图片後，一位男士美名其曰説给我升级一下换，不好意思，我本来订的就是这个高级的带窗户的，而不是你给我的人情升级。期间打扫的也不满意，最难以理解的就是如果很忙都能接受服务不到位，当天入住的客人算上我们一共没有几个，但是处处都不满意，虽然过後有道歉但是真的很影响出行心情。而且我真的不是挑剔的人，没有打差评希望你们新开的能越做越好，而不是面对客人的情况找理由解释。

  酒店位置离民俗园很近，虽然是辛苦的酒店，但是没什麽味道。环境很好，住的也很舒适，总体来説还是很不错的！

  So glad we chose to stay at this hotel and area. It’s right in front of the folk garden, walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and dinosaur world park. The staff was very welcoming during our stay, including the cute delivery robot. The rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop terrace has beautiful views. Lots of pillow provided, high end bedding, and big beds even for a family of 4. We hope to be back!
