民族特色浓郁，孩子超喜欢，到了这边一要体会一下朝鲜族的特色。位置也很好，里百货大楼不远，出行方便，停车场也很大的。

一家三口来了个说走就走的短暂旅行。去年来过，住的延边宾馆，这次没开车，为了出入方便，选择了白山大厦。住的家庭房，一大一小两张床，一点也不拥挤。可能是两张床的原因，房间略显小。但儿子很喜欢。赠送三张早餐券，非常划算。早餐也非常丰富。但唯一让我不高兴的是2月20日餐厅咖啡机旁边的女工作人员，我先打了一杯咖啡，放在了一边，当我拿第二个杯子要打的时候，来了一位男士，我不知他俩是否认识，这位工作人员把两个杯子放在咖啡机下面，在没有征得我同意的前提下，把我先打的咖啡给了那位男士，这是一个工作人员应有的素质吗？要不是儿子喜欢，说什么也不会住了

客服说需要浴缸就预订豪华房，提前一周订房到了却告知不是所有房间都有浴缸. 前台没有任何表示只告诉我没有 没有 没有 .. 浴室配套的洗漱用品和快捷酒店无差床很硬，唯一能安慰的就是有个大江景 略失望
