The front desk service was excellent. We were able to check in although we arrived earlier than the checkin time. Ms. 孙林林 kindly helped us to make reservation to visit the grand canal museum as being foreigners we could not book it ourselves with our mobile phones. The rooms are clean and spacious although washroom/shower/sink area layout are rather unconventional. Breakfast was delicious.

Very clean, service is good. Front desk and cleaning personel all greet politely. It's very close to East gate of the lake scenic area. Breakfast is good, the wontons are freshly made and not those tasteless premade ones. It's quiet and very nice to stay at. Recommended.

The hotel is within 6-8 mins walking distance to the West gate of the slender west lake. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast offers a variety of food. We stayed in a double bed room. The only complain we have is the design where the toilet is not a room by itself and the bathroom door is clear so only one person can use the area at one time which can be inconvenient.
