During the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, around 200 years ago, the old residence of Yang Ziji, then governor of Guangdong and Guangxi, was transformed into a high-end museum homestay. The house is a unique green brick and wood structure in Guangxi. It is located on the bank of the Huangbu Reflection River, the most beautiful scenic spot in Yangshuo, and covers an area of 1800 square meters. Famous designers worked hard to build it, and completed it after two years of repair and renovation, while preserving the original style and layout of the house. The quadrangle courtyard is divided into a front courtyard, a middle courtyard, a back courtyard, and a middle hall Zuwu Museum and Laowu Bar. The village is known as Yangjia Village for its descendants of the Yang family.
