住的4楼，环境不错，海景一流，美中不足的是没有自己的沙滩，要去大澳湾山庄的沙滩，走路下去，周末人多，很多人停车在路边导致堵车，有点不方便。

酒店比较老，设施旧，离沙滩有些远，早餐也没什么吃的。一楼的房间看不到海。浴室只有淋浴的花洒，给小朋友冲凉不方便。好在酒店的花园大，活动设施多。性价比一般。

酒店介绍是2014年装修，以为很新！结果发现设备都很旧；淋浴房的玻璃门都拖地板上了，只能推到一半就卡地板上，总台答应叫服务员来看，结果人影都不见；排气扇呜呜直叫，蚊子也跟着叫个不停！！！这就是620元的海景别墅房，且没海滩，和个体招待所没啥区别！携程只管赚钱不管签约酒店质量！都不是好东西！
