第一感觉进大堂竟然没有开空调，定了六个房最后两个房间要等到快四点才可以入住，住了两晚感觉地方大，服务可以就是配套设施少，还有个就是早餐服务规矩太死板，不太符合五星酒店质量，总结出来客房服务好，地方大设施少，早餐服务质量不过关

酒店环境挺不错的，服务态度好，房间又大又干净，酒店自助餐也挺不错。唯一有点遗憾就得去海滩玩，要拿救生衣才能下水，这我赞同的，但这救生衣要25块一件，这也有点坑吧。我们花那么多钱住酒店，就应该免费或者要便宜点吧，不然住其他地方，然后花25块拿件救生衣也可以下水玩阿，又何必要住那么贵呢？但是酒店还是不错
