  怎么説呢，论设施和环境希尔顿酒店的装修和材质很不错，大堂轻奢典雅，房间布局合理，床品也很舒适，只是前台的工作人员态度有些冷淡，多少对待携程客人不是那么友好，与我常住的洲际品牌相比，多少缺点人情味，早餐一般，并没有什么特别之处，还有我之前住的天沐温泉酒店品类多，服务真还是一般，和国际大牌相比还是有差距，希望改进，特别表扬一楼咖啡厅徐鸿翔，热情周到，对待住客非常友好和暖心，和前台工作人员的傲娇形成强烈反差

  盐城希尔顿酒店体验超棒！位置优越，大堂气派雅致，房间宽敞明亮、床品舒适，视野开阔。服务贴心周到，前台高效热情，客房响应及时。泳池乾净整洁。整体设施新、品质高，性价比出众，旅游住宿很满意，强烈推荐，下次还会选择！

  酒店房间挺大，各种设施齐全，但是入住时，特意和前台申请要安静房间，订房时也标注了安静无烟，前台在精挑细选后给安排了一间连通房。入住后发现想要换房，楼层服务员説不吵的，两边都有门，不会吵。所以没换。晚上回房间清晰地听到连通房那边打电话的声音，太吵了，正好房门也出现了点小故障，请服务员维修时提到很吵的问题，服务员立刻上报了，酒店迅速做出反馈，帮助换了房间，这个速度非常值得称赞。另外特别需要注意的是:停车场每个车位后面都有个沟，第一次停车时没发现，拿行李的时候差点摔一个大跟头，好在反应快，只磕了手，挺奇葩的一个设计。

  自驾车来的，交通停车都很方便，地下停车场电梯直达房间楼层。房间阳光特别好，明亮而温暖。服务热情周到。早餐品类齐全亦有当地特色。各方面都挺不错的。
