酒店没有冷气 但是居然烧锅炉 几个朋友全热醒让他们开冷气 酒店説没到季节统一不开，居然让我开窗开门 最后送来一个风扇和冰块 才勉强能睡，也是绝了！没听过没冷气的酒店，好歹是希尔顿啊！有这么缺电费？还解释説是西宁市全部酒店统一做法！一行人全部没睡好！

酒店设置很新，遇见的工作人员都笑脸相迎，尤其表扬下前台的工作人员小王小李小包小张，热情亲切，还叮嘱我们各种环线旅行注意事项，谢谢啦！小朋友很喜欢前台的机器人，机器人还可以去房间送水，太可爱了。推荐大家入住。酒店附近还有一长排的饭店，觅食也方便。
