前台服务热情，给我们升了房间。走路去离高铁站特方便，还送了欢迎水果，太惊喜了，大大的赞。有洗衣机和烘乾机，方便了旅途的洗涤。

Very nice and polite staffs especially Miss Huang. Hotel is very near Xining train station, view from hotel room is great. Easy to flag a taxi from hotel, there is free use of washing machine which is great for our dirty laundry. I got a free upgrade and gifts?? Hotel provide very clean slippers in the bathroom, bathroom and toilet is separate Highly recommend this hotel will stay here if I visit Xining again ??

高铁出来几分钟就到。房间挺大，酒店朝向一般，如果要西边的会西晒，比较热，要北边的有火车，稍微有点吵，但能接受，好过西边热的房间。
服务：前台服务人员很好，房间阿姨态度好臭，衞生不好，床单发现污渍，让换，阿姨脸很臭，衞生打扫的很差，床单，毛巾都发现污渍，这还是出去玩这么多次，第一次在酒店发现脏的床单和毛巾，纸巾盒抽到后面打开一看表面一层平整的，中间就是之前用过的都没整理平整，全都乱七八糟窝中间，纸有的感觉还像使用过没拿掉直接压里面了，也不知道把用过的有没有抽乾净。

优势：房间很乾净，离火车站步行10分钟，在携程上订的一日游也在酒店门口接，服务态度非常好。 不足： 因为酒店周边是火车站还有个高架桥，晚上睡觉比较吵，第二天本想换个房间但因为回来太晚了，就没折腾。西宁的酒店据説都没有空调，晚上关窗户睡实在闷，房间配了空调扇，但声音比较大。

看了网友的推荐才选择的这家。
设施：还不错，配套还算齐全，衞生间洗涑用品只有牙刷牙膏，没有梳子，浴帽，一次性马桶垫，梳子无所谓，但是 ，马桶垫和浴帽还是应该配上的。
衞生：还算乾净，用湿巾抹桌子还是有点洗头发之类，整体还是可以的。
环境：就在火车站旁边，步行10分钟以内可以进西宁站，非常方便。也算是闹中取静，楼层高，不吵。旁边全季还有低层，那肯定非常吵。
服务：还可以。洗衣房设定不太合理，建议再加一个烘乾机。
虽然没有空调，但是，有个小电扇也可以，还有加湿器，另外，房间非常大，床也是1.35，感觉非常不错！
床品质量非常好，睡得很舒服。
居然还有免费的电视看，也是亮点。
早餐也过得去，酸奶很好喝。
