本来高高兴兴和男朋友从网上订了个这家酒店，看还可以，便宜，没想到的是到酒店了前台服务员说说没我们订的房间了，说让我退，我退时，不但没服务，我的钱还没退给我，3月30号到今天4月4号目前还没给我退，前台两女的，服务太度不好，还在那里吃瓜子，说话理都不理我们，还四星级酒店呢，不如没星的，服务差，级差，差差差差差

住了一晚惊喜连连，24小时不间断冷水，打电话询问水没烧好，再问锅炉房坏了，退房时候又说管道问题，电吹风摆的很好看，就是不能用，最离谱的是电视竟然没有少儿频道………
