临行前，查阅网友对万怡点评，说酒店装修味大，2018年5月入住8楼客房，没闻到什么味道。
服务态度很不错滴，一个电话，马上派员来解决问题。不愧万豪旗下。客房整洁，干净，装修有点北欧风格。个人感觉在新昌县城应该算较好的酒店了。

第二次住了。一进门还是那股熟悉的香味，前台服务好像有了改进，让人挺舒服的，选择这里还有个原因是位置好，周边吃的不少，还有个海洋城，不错，下次来还会选择这里
