不知道是设施旧还是卫生差，进来就感觉脏脏的，洗澡时发现水流量太小了，工人师傅上来看了说是水压太小了、修了一会儿说睡呀小，让用手持花洒，水流一样很小！房间大小还可以，但是五星级真是谈不上，现在四星级酒店包括时尚精品酒店都比这强……还没住到明天，不知道早餐怎么样，但是感觉已经不报什么希望了，总台服务也一般，没什么服务意识，一般五星级酒店客户提出了什么问题，总台最后都会打电话询问问题是否解决，这个完全木有！

酒店设施较新，洗手间宽敞，马桶稍微有点漏水，但没影响使用，想夸夸餐厅，春节期间都是套餐，最便宜的1088元，但是餐厅允许我们在套餐的餐单中点餐，我觉得非常人性化，给酒店餐厅点赞

去梦幻海游玩在此住了一晚，欧式装修很舒服，酒店餐厅的饭菜也很好吃，且不太贵，服务不错，下次来还会选择这里
