酒店房间很大，设施也还较新，5.1期间价格也比较合理。自助早餐丰富，味道也不错。工作人员服务很到位，特别要点名前台的刘曼，服务态度很好。

本来以为是孝感最好的酒店才入住 没想到大打折扣 先是停车 保安跟个摆设一样 导致下车的时候被后车撞了 然后入住的时候也发生了很多的不愉快 总之下次再去是不会再入住了

携程预订时只剩主题和套房了，花费了558的价格入住了1828号主题房。进入房间后发现躺椅和床上有大片污渍 要求打扫乾净，服务人员来了之后先説 躺椅的污渍是84消毒液，我问她 84凝固了 指甲扒一下会有粉未吗？（图2放大看的很清楚并不是84） 后又表示説 让我搭一块浴巾遮住躺椅的不明污渍将就将就，并説因为是亲子房 之前有小朋友入住过 所以有污渍很正常。这个解释让我开了眼 这是衞生不达标的荒唐理由吗？我拒绝将就并提出了换一间同等价值 乾净的房间，换到了20楼 一进来看见了头发... 并且服务员将房间内有关主题摆设全收进了衣柜，我再次询问服务员 订的是主题房 主题摆设呢？服务员称不明白我要求换房是什么意思 就把娃娃全藏进衣柜了，我打开衣柜 发现这些本该摆放在床上的娃娃全都有不同程度的污渍。
PS:主题房是在普通大床房的基础上增加了一些幼儿用品，价格却增加了200多。我的诉求是换同等价值的房间 酒店方拿掉了房间内的幼儿摆放物品 却收取我主题房的价格？？？而且乾净衞生不是酒店必备的条件吗？？？

每次来孝感都住乾坤国际酒店，酒店里的客服李曼服务非常周全细心，多次托她办事情也非常有耐心的完成，真的挺感动的，有兴趣的朋友可以找李曼订房间。
