  酒店提供高铁站免费接送服务，上车直达高铁站二楼，很方便，下午茶的咖啡是现磨的，傍晚才到，过了服务时间，也还给我做了杯咖啡。前台小王服务贴心，看带了孩子及时给了小童牙刷和拖鞋，酒店还提供晚安粥，各种细节体验感拉满，强烈推荐给大家

  比较晚了到酒店 前台服务人员很热情 通过携程预订确实会提高前台的热情度和关注度 但酒店细节做的真的不错 新酒店也干净 空调给力 热水很好 隔音也不错 整体感受很好 除了第二天退房时谘询前台停车事宜 一位男士应该是管理者 穿白色T恤 不耐烦告知隔壁收不收费他不知道 给宾客提供最基础的停车讯息是酒店应该做的 我是外地的 第一次到武汉 根本分不清你的地下和地上停车场的进口 这个感受很不好 其他真的满意

  选择这家酒店真的没选错。房间大小合适，采光充足，窗户视野也挺好。卫生间没有异味，打扫得很干净。酒店的服务也跟得上，无论是问询还是其他需求，工作人员都会及时回应，前台小吕还帮我打印了很多文件。有接送站服务，提前预约，司机小林态度热情，帮忙拿行李箱。非常感谢悦莱酒店的服务！
