订的大床房到店说没有房间，然后给一个双床房，前台员工没有培训好，没有大床房就不应该接单，房间卫生很差，床头柜厚厚的一层灰，似乎都没擦过，地毯上有头发，空调声音特别响。房间都没有充电器，很不方便……
