服务极差的酒店，半夜被一阵喧哗吵醒，电话前台没人接，后电话总机说明情况，10分钟没来，再电话，半个小时还没处理，睡意全醒，只好下楼找前台，10分钟后说给换房间。整个过程花了近半个小时，标着5星，没有服务，给一颗星是因为第二天找大堂经理投诉，态度好，给我道歉。
