酒店给升级到了套房。整体都挺好，就是酒店前台的员工不是很友善，对待客人没有五星级酒店该有的礼貌礼仪。入住的房间床上爬蚂蚁，凌晨四点多就扰得没睡着。后来服务员确认后也及时帮忙喷了蚂蚁药并换了床上用品，大堂副理及客房领班也表示了歉意。总体还算满意。
