感觉特别好。房间超大，估计得有70平，大床与小床以电视机背景，分成了两个区域。楼下的袁家村美食，也感觉很好，环境好，品种多，味道好。从华山过来很辛苦，进房间，惊喜一把，到楼下吃饭，继续满意加分，心情变得特别好。推荐！酒店早餐不算十分丰富，但不是太挑食的话，也足够吃好了。下次来西安，还会选择美原。

满怀期待的入住，房间跟图片一点都不一样，窗户外面是隔壁的楼的墙，跟本没有光！
中午的接待人员服务好差的，晚上的接待人员非常好给个赞，房间卫生也一般般，不知道艺龙为什么会给定位为高档酒店，房间空调没热风，晚上冷的，差点感冒了，体验好差的，下次不会再来了，优点就是位置好，市中心万达边上，离地铁也近，比较方便

酒店环境很好，位置也很方便，外面有万达跟地铁站，前台服务很好，当时去的时候因为暖气不够还帮我们升级了房间，楼上的保洁阿姨也很热情，非常好。
