酒店在山上，环境是很好的，游泳池人也不多，很舒服。唯一的缺憾是房间有烟味儿，感觉差了点，另外由于在山上，所以交通不是特方便。

从确认订单到大厅办理入住半小时才说接收到订单，着实体验太差，先是前台未接收到订单，每隔5分钟打艺龙客服均回复立即处理，再过10分钟依然没结果，第三次打电话过去回复立即处理并且5分钟回电，电是再没接到，也许打爪哇国去了，总之，艺龙这样的服务，以后可以休业了！

酒店在仙岳公园里，山上。不过酒店有电瓶车可以免费山上山下的接送。服务方面无论是前台还是打扫房间的阿姨态度都非常好，餐饮方面，我们吃了一次自助早餐、两次中餐厅、一次Latitude 24下午茶，感觉性价比不是很高，特别是Latitude 24服务员要靠找的那种，最后结账时还要收服务费。我们也是偷懒才上下餐厅吃了个遍。酒店总体评价挺好的！
