位置很偏，房间根本没有22平方，非常小，卫生条件一般，不过因为偏所以比较安静，早上三楼施工很吵！早餐一般，开的是军队发票，还不知道能不能报销！

位置交通不方便 房间还行就是床单不换 卫生有待提高。性价比还不错 有赠早餐 早餐还蛮丰富。

位置这梅园新村，离总统府挺近，过去的老空军招待所，安静，就是打扫房间太晚了，下午1点了老父亲要午睡，让前台告诉给提前收拾一下，竟还一个小时以后才来，浴巾，毛巾竟然叠一下完了，不换，卫生纸没了不放，便池有黄渍，热水好，水流大，但是楼上早上5点洗澡巨大的水声就影响楼下了

地方不错，离景区都很近就是离地铁站太远了～周围骑着小黄车能逛的地方还是挺多的～送的早餐特别好～卫生还好吧。总体来说还是不错的
