近岐江，步行街，中山公园和岐江公园，酒店是旧一些，但干净卫生搞得好，最不好就系双房号对出的酒店中央空调冷却塔操音太大了，难以入睡。

地理位置相当好，房设施虽旧了，但整洁干净无异味也挺安静，有送2瓶矿泉水，停车位足够，wifi给力，在富华酒店前台办理，去隔壁楼的华侨大厦入住，附近风景好，娱乐消费地方也多，吃住行方便，价位合理，100元以下的性价比非常高，下回出行中山还会选择住这里，缺点是808房花洒是固定上喷水龙头，水太细小，中央空调开到最大还有点热，看到煮水的水壶太旧不想用。电视两个房不一样，808的是旧款大屁股电视，702房是液晶的，702灯罩是破裂的。
