明明预定了酒店，去到那里却被告知没有预定的房型，要住原来的房型要加钱，既然这样那预定的意义在哪？换了一间房间看到里面确实没有打扫过的，真的很糟心好吗？很差的体验，不过酒店环境跟设施还可以，希望别的方面可以加强
