  There was only one set of soft pillows, which was very uncomfortable for people who used to sleep on one’s side. Suggest hotel to add a set of firm pillows.

  每次到梧州都会入住，酒店地理位置优越，高层视野景观好，房间宽敞干净舒适，早餐丰富，停车场大，唯前台服务不够热情主动，有待提高。

  房间、卫生、早餐、停车都挺满意的，新酒店很舒服，也没有味道，前台服务不错，特别是工号914的服务员主动热情令人愉快??唯一不太满意的是希望门口的保安小哥增强服务意识，看到有需要帮助的老人或行李比较多的客人能搭把手或扶一下，毕竟是第一印象，希望能改进，祝生意兴隆！

  酒店地理位置好，高层房间大落地玻璃窗俯瞰无敌江景；房间内设备设施齐全，卫生干净整洁；自助早餐丰富美味选择多；前台服务专业熟练态度亲切，令人有宾至如归的感觉；这应该是梧州最豪华舒适的酒店了。
