酒店就在江边，离市中心很近，去骑楼城也不远。酒店设施不错，大床房的床很大很舒服，只有大床房才是江景房哦～工作人员的服务态度也不错，整体体验棒棒哒～只不过来梧州玩感觉还是住河东更方便一些

周五入住，一进房间就感觉空荡荡的，少了点什么，仔细一看房间里面没有书桌，再打开柜门小冰箱也没有，因为随身带着一些需要冷藏的物品，于是打电话给前台，前台的回复因为我们订的是特价房，难道特价房就要受歧视吗？结账后才知道所谓特价房和正常房价也就差了50元。

前台效率服务态度很差、水压那水放都是黄色的、图片拍出来还白一点！房间采光洗手间的门都是坏的、再叫他搞一次卫生的时候、他们就随便拿点东西粘起来、空调半夜滴水漏水了一个晚上吵死了根本没睡好！5月30号那天晚上也定了一间！真的说好不要给我一间不要最边的那间、可偏偏他就给了那间、感觉好害怕！总之服务态度各方面都没有以前好！如果有更的选择下次不会住了！现在住国龙太让我失望了！
