这是家四星酒店，各种条件都很好，前台小弟给我升级到6楼，谢谢这位小弟。房间正对园林，从阳台伸头侧面可以看到五指山主峯，不过云雾太厚，主峯时有时无。早餐那是一个好，品种丰富。旁边一公里就是毛纳村，步行可达，其他景区也都在附近。总之，在五指山这个价位非常值。

自驾途径五指山，本来预订了一晚，父母特别满意，入住后就决定再续住一晚。房间很大，保养的也不错，免费升级了高层的房间，站在阳台上就能享受到热带雨林的气息。园区很大，服务很好，五指山度假的好选择。

服务态度很好，但是房间太差了！真的不推荐，烂尾楼一样，荒凉，升级之后的房间也不好！潮湿闷热，味道特别大，衞生间等设施设备老化，真的也不好！很冷清，下单需谨慎！不是很推荐！服务人员服务态度还是可以的！??推荐五指山附近的小餐馆味道不错！

这个酒店位置很好，去各个景点路程都很近，酒店档次可以，面积挺大，各项设施完备，有充电桩，酒店房间很好，有阳台，可品茶聊天，早餐很丰盛。周边挨着镇子，合种餐厅很多，步行就可到达。性价比高，服务很好，问景点，介绍的很全面，很满意的一次入住。

怎么説呢，这家酒店除了山脚下这一点优点外，其他都不怎么样！我们是8月初到的，暑假里，游泳池还有孩子们在玩耍，酒店8点就关灯了；早餐更是差差差；我订酒店时特意问了，有没有洗衣房，回答説有，结果到了一看，洗衣机都坏了好几天了。脏衣服一件都不能洗！电话机是坏的，厕所的马桶没有打扫，床上用品是潮的，前台服务员的脸就像谁欠了她800万一样，或者説像是被打了激素，一点微表情都没有。总之这家非常非常差！

免费升级了房型，前台服务态度很好，风景还是不错的，就是床宽度有点小，房间内部就是比较老和简单的设施，阳台倒是很舒服很大有茶台，离景区很方便

酒店坐落五指山腹地，周边青山绿树环抱，空气很好，房间宽敞明亮，床上用品衞生，有阳台，酒店大堂经理还主动帮我们升级到五楼住，酒店离景区很近，停车也非常方便。

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. The rooms are large, light and have an excellent balcony with comfortable seating. The grounds are lovely. Unfortunately there a few opportunities to sit down and admire the scenery, some loungers might be a good idea. The breakfast is ample, everything is clean.There is buggy that takes guests to the nearly village , a 10-minute walk away. However getting taxis to go the mountain or Sanya is rather difficult. Luckily the lovely , English-speaking, reception staff helped out.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE. Really nice amenities as pool, ping-pong table, gym and tea table. The breakfast was really good as well. The only thing is our room smell the cigarettes.
