整体很满意！地址离鼋头渚很近，但是去地铁站走了一公里，被子有点问题，联系前台立马来处理，服务态度很好！环境不错，设施很新，我这人没其他要求，主要是被子床干净舒服就行！

经济实惠型
1、酒店环境整洁，房间布局堪称完美，优雅又不失情调，服务周到，让人无比舒心。给我营造了一种家的感觉，无论大处到小处都是那么无懈可击，价格也很合理。
2、这家酒店的服务员个个彬彬有礼，热情周到，酒店装修的富丽堂皇，一般人是不愿进去的。

锡马～离起点近的酒店都涨价了还满房！原先订了550的格林豪泰，但没找到人拼房。在火车上刷到这家离起点稍远一些才200都不到的酒店，果断退了格林订这家😄～除了房间楼层高电梯慢了点之外其他都很满意，晚上很安静休息的不错，锡马也PB了👍

国庆假期，自驾无锡，预定的酒店非常满意，干净整洁，态度超好，之前修改订单也热情周到，为人民服务精神发扬的好，离万达广场很近，驾车8分钟左右，美食多多，酒店周围酒店林立，安静休息的很好，下次一定还会去！
