The hotel was very big and gorgeous. The room was big and clean. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I had a great experience here. They had a variety of food for breakfast too.

Wuxi Taihu hotel is a gigantic high-end hotel located next to Taihu lake. Beautiful interior design. The rooms are big and clean. It has one Chinese restaurant, one buffet restaurant and one lobby/Starbucks bar. They all close too early in my opinion. Unfortunately, the buffet restaurant was reserved by a big group and was inaccessible for dinner during my stay. The bar was disappointing. We were the only guests. Also they don't serve wine by the glass. The other bar-club on the 9th floor was closed, as was the nightclub. Breakfast was good, but crowded.
Nothing is accessible at a walking distance and since there are no bikes for rent in the area, you'll need a car or a taxi to get around.
So overall a beautiful and fine hotel with, however, room for improvement for an international clientele.

还是一如既往的好，前台妹子嗲嗲的，很有亲和力。酒店毕竟重新装修也有十年时间了，设备维护还是可以的，并没有陈旧的感觉。唯一没有与时俱进的就是缺少智能化设备，而且房间里电视机太小了。还有就是朝南房间太暖和了，晚上热空调关掉都很热，再冷一些冬天来舒服。

差一点给这个酒店一个大的差评
但还好天亮之後的一切惊喜
下飞机後快8点才到酒店，因为路不熟，
直接开到大堂
只有一个保安，没有礼宾
临停想放下行李和姥姥，但保安呵斥我们不许临停，还让我们自己去找礼宾??
我当时都懵了，这是无锡太湖饭店吗？真的是挑战了我的极限认知
後来大堂唯一的礼宾接待了我们，把我们带到前台
那个保安的还在後麪吼????
前台礼宾的小哥哥人很好，帮我把姥姥送去房间，我赶忙去移动了车。
後来进房的时候有个经理来一再道歉还送了果盘，太累了，真的碰到床我和姥姥久睡着了。
第二天早餐很好，恢复了元气，又去约拍了照片，摄影师小哥哥也很耐心，拍了好多姥姥的照片，我们一路旅拍，跳了20张；接着礼宾小峯小哥哥又开车带我们游园，江南大学旧址，郁郁与匆匆，碌碌与辙辙，人生几何，这园林的美貌治癒了我们。
退房时，一个小姐姐看到我的不认路，主动来带路一直送到车库，那麽重的行李都帮我们放到车上。
好吧，虽有憾，但还好结局是好的。
人在途中，若遇到温暖，人生就值得
那些为旅人提供途中三餐一宿的人，若能交付真心，会温暖他人一生，甚至会是救赎……
别小看你们的工作！

国营的五星级涉外酒店，占地面积相当大的园林宾馆，建筑漂亮大气，接待过毛主席等要员，房间很大装潢豪华，环境安逸幽静私密其他该有的几乎全部都是优点，现只挑点刺:枕头不行不是乳胶的或记忆的，房间温度调不低 冬季28度还是热了点。瑕不掩瑜，总体来説非常满意！

酒店环境优美，房间大乾净，但是充电速度慢，U口也慢，得多带充电头。升级了园景阳台房，特别感谢前台小朱帅哥，帮助安排房间，度过了一个愉快的周末。晚上在饭店团购的套餐，人手忙，有一个小服务员全程阴天，要什麽都没有，问什麽都会对付我，结果饭菜上来都快吃完了，也没有茶水手巾，另外一个特别好看的小女生就很热情，名字忘了，看了胸牌也没记住，好像叫什麽莎，但是很好听。这两个服务员真是天差地别，鸡汤麪放了点胡椒，孩子吃出来热情的小妹妹辣马上帮免费换了一碗麪条，一个劲儿的道歉。

Excellent hotel, the best in Wuxi. We had dinner with family in the hotel, which was very tasty. We enjoyed the short vacation in Taihu Hotel very much.
