酒店员工态度热情，服务贴心，让我们一家很满意。酒店就在太湖边，离周边的鼋头渚、三国水浒城都很近，很适合自驾游的旅客入住，酒店不含早，要另付48元/位的早餐费，但早餐物有所值，对得起这个价格。

酒店靠近鼋头渚景区，位置绝佳！开车过去5分钟！订的行政湖景房，但是视野不佳，有遮挡，有点失望。网上预订房间都不含早，早餐需要另外收费，48元一位，附近也没有便利店啥的，等于变相逼着客人在酒店用餐这点客户体验不是很好……
