前台服务挺好，餐厅环境也可以，但是房间里有蚊子，还没有电蚊香，被咬的全是包，尤其是蚊子把孩子咬了，这个感觉特别不好！

酒店大堂旁边有一架可以自动演奏的钢琴，在我check in的时候钢琴刚刚好在演奏，顿时觉得轻松了很多。前台经理好热情，还特意引导我到电梯口。我的房间窗户对着室内庭院，正好是春天，书上的画都开了，紫色的，粉色的，很美。晚上回复邮件的时候看到很多房间都亮着灯，很多人都在电脑前工作。大家都如此努力，看来实在是没有一分懈怠的理由了。

这次无锡之行选了艾迪花园酒店，体验感超棒！位置好，周边交通便利，靠近高速和地铁1号线堰桥站 。内部环境更是没得説，三面环水还有内庭花园，江南水乡韵味和现代时尚完美融合 。还有可爱的小兔子，房间乾净舒适，服务人员热情周到，餐饮丰富美味。休闲设施也齐全，下次来无锡还住这儿！

生日当天选择了这家酒店，觉得特别意外，酒店环境很幽静，房间很大，前台有位姓陈的领导帮忙办理的入住，他特别细心办理的时候就发现我过生日，作为一名普通客人感到非常温馨！真的非常感谢您细心的服务，不得不说酒店软件硬件都是棒棒哒！晚餐后回房间，看到酒店特意为我准备的生日蛋糕，简直太意外了！100个赞！真的细节决定成败！给我我一个难忘的回忆！谢谢

酒店还是不错的，非常整洁干净，尤其是很安静，环境也不错，服务生都很友好???礼貌，床很舒服，热水很大，性价比不错，早餐也够丰富，停车方便，值得推荐和再次入住！特别满意的是酒店餐厅价格很实惠，一顿晚餐点了鲍鱼、基围虾、太湖银鱼、无锡糖醋排骨四个菜加一杯鲜榨果汁才200多元，在五星级酒店算很公道了，点赞??
